are you using too much product or not enough?

Using the right amount of product can help you make the most out of your skincare routine and avoid wasting excess product. Here’s what we recommend.

CLEANSER: about a dime-sized amount

If you’re wearing makeup or just want to double cleanse, use a dime-sized amount for each round!

MOISTURIZER: a nickel to quarter-sized amount for your face and neck

Never forget your neck! The neck is commonly one of the first areas to start showing signs of aging because it’s often exposed to the sun and frequently forgotten about in skincare!

EYE CREAM: about a pea-sized amount for both eyes

If you’re using our revitalizing eye cream, you can also just aim for a thin line under each eye! When tapping the product in, we recommend using your ring finger as it’s the most gentle and the skin around your eyes is ultra-thin and delicate!

SUNSCREEN: about 2-3 finger lengths for your face and neck

Dermatologists recommend using about half a teaspoon for your face and neck, which equals out to about 2-3 finger lengths for most people. Like this

And while we’re here…

...here’s the order that we recommend for using them in your routine!

  1. Cleanser
  2. Toner
  3. Essence (optional)
  4. Serum (optional)
  5. Moisturizer
  6. Eye cream
  7. Facial oil (great option if you’re looking to lock in extra moisture)
  8. Sunscreen (AM only)
