We’re sorry to hear that our products didn’t work out for you. We do offer a full refund for online orders within 30 days of delivery. Products must have been purchased through our online store, and be in new or gently used condition.

Please keep in mind: We do not refund original shipping charges. All gift cards and trial products are final sale.
