What is club kind?
Club kind is a loyalty program that rewards members with points every time they shop on cocokind.com! All members can redeem points for full-sized products and discounts, plus have access to exclusive benefits like shipping discounts (U.S. only), birthday gifts and special sales and offers.
Depending on which level of our program you’re in, you can earn 1X, 1.25X, or 1.5X points for every dollar you spend. There are also special actions you can take like following us on social media, leaving us a review, and referring friends (see above for details)!
By participating in Club Kind, we may use and share your personal information in the ways described in our Privacy Policy. In addition to what is described in our Privacy Policy, when you submit a copy of your receipt, you are consenting to our collection of all the information contained in the receipt, such as the items purchased, quantity of items purchased, price of each item purchased, the total costs of purchases, any discounts applied, information about the store where the purchase was made (such as store ID, name, and address), and purchase method (cash, credit card, gift card).
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. To remain active, you must earn or redeem points
How do I enroll in the program?
It’s free to enroll! Just create an account on cocokind.com and you’ll automatically be enrolled in club kind. If you’ve already created an account, you’re all set!
What can I earn with my points?
Members can redeem points for select full-sized products or coupons.
When will I get my birthday discount?
If you sign up and set your birthday to more than 30 days away, there is no issue. You will receive the reward on your birthday. If you sign up and set your birthday to less than 30 days away, you will need to fulfill a waiting period of 30 days from the date you set your birthday. Fraud prevention ensures all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days from the day they set their birthday.
Are my free gifts refundable or exchangeable?
No, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange free products unless your products arrived damaged.
I referred a friend but did not receive my reward. Why?
Your friend must make their first purchase of $50+ using your referral link in order to receive your referral points. Be sure to remind your friend to make their purchase!
When do I see my points adjustments?
Points earned with each purchase are updated once your order is processed. Points earned using other program benefits may be reflected immediately in your account, with the exception of referrals. If you have additional questions about points, please contact our customer support team at info@cocokind.com.

How do I get to the next level of club kind?
You are automatically enrolled in our rose level. In order to reach our turmeric level, you must spend at least $100 within 12 months. In order to reach our matcha level, you must spend $200 within 12 months. Please note, you will be moved to your next tier 21 days after your qualifying purchase in case of returns.
Are the shipping discount benefits available outside of the U.S.?
Unfortunately, our free shipping thresholds only apply to orders within the U.S. International rates will apply for those outside of the U.S.
How do I earn points on my product reviews?
Once your review is verified, you will earn your points. 5 reviews max are eligible for points. If you have any questions, please reach out to info@cocokind.com.
When do I get my free swag item for being in the matcha tier?
We will email you a promo code for your free swag item one day after you successfully join a tier. You must add the item to your cart and apply the promo code in order to receive it.

How does it work if I buy product at a retail store?
Just upload your receipt above and our team will get back to you in 72 hours via email. You'll receive an automated email when your receipt is approved (or an email with additional questions).
We reserve the right to deny any receipt if not clear in photo and will ask you to reupload!
How long do I have to earn points after a retail purchase?
We will honor any retail purchase made in the last 14 days (per the date on the receipt).
Can I remove personal info from my receipt before uploading?
Yes! We just need the store details and date and timestamp to verify your purchase and the line items on receipt to be legible.
How fast will my receipt be reviewed?
